You have 7 working days after receiving your goods to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order you must email us at orders@lovinghome.co.uk informing us of your cancellation request.
We count notice as being given from the day on which the email is sent.
All customers have 30 days to return the items to us from the date your order was placed. You must ensure that we receive the goods in perfect condition. The product must not be used or damaged and must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your items , we will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products providing they reach us in their original condition. If the products are faulty or damaged we will also refund their original delivery charge. The cost of returning any unwanted product, for an exchange or a refund, will be at your charge.

2. Please include the product details, reason for return or details of exchange and customer name and address.
