Our Covid-19 Update

  • Shipping is likely to be delayed due to the delivery networks taking longer. This can be anywhere from 2-14 days.
  • We work in our own warehouse and shop and all orders are packed by a small team so social distancing is adhered to at all times.
  • As a small, family run shop, please be patient as we adapt our business to this new normal. If you need anything, please drop us a line and we will always do our utmost to get back to you ASAP and help resolve any issue.

Can I collect my items from you instead of paying for shipping?

Of course! Just add the code "Collect" at checkout to remove the postage fees. We will be in touch within 24 hours to agree a date and time for collection from the shop.

Loving Home makes every effort to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition and all orders are carefully wrapped in appropriate and robust packaging.

Stock permitting, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of being ordered to arrive with customers within 7 working days. Orders placed over the weekend (after 5pm on a Friday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

We will post your order to the shipping address you specify. Please ensure that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to you.

We currently only deliver within the UK and are unfortunately unable to deliver internationally (including The Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands)

If you require a delivery outside the UK, please contact us at  providing the country and postcode. We will then provide a quote for delivery.

Standard delivery is £2.95.

Please wait up to 14 days before contacting us should there be any issues regarding non-delivery. We cannot class a parcel as lost, or refund, until 15 days after the due date of delivery due to our standard terms and conditions for claiming of our delivery partners.

Order Value Up to £29.99 incurs a delivery charge of £2.95

Order Values £30 and over are free of charge

If your order has already been packaged and is ready to post, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 7 working days after receiving your goods to cancel your order.  If you would like to cancel your order you must email us at informing us of your cancellation request.

We count notice as being given from the day on which the email is sent.

All customers have 30 days to return the items to us from the date your order was placed. You must ensure that we receive the goods in perfect condition. The product must not be used or damaged and must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your items , we will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products providing they reach us in their original condition. If the products are faulty or damaged we will also refund their original delivery charge. The cost of returning any unwanted product, for an exchange or a refund, will be at your charge.

How to return or exchange

1. Please send an email to informing us of your cancellation request.

2. Please include the product details, reason for return or details of exchange and customer name and address.
